The Secret That Eyewear Companies Don't Want You to Know About (The Secret YEROC Email that I am Sharing with you)

This is confidential e-mail sent only to you.

The Secret That Eyewear Companies Don't Want You to Know About

With help from the Wall Street Journal We Have Discovered This:

1. Most sunglasses are made by the same company. Do you prefer the "quality" of Ray-Ban to Oakley? Do you think Bulgari is better than Dolce & Gabbana, or Salvatore Ferragamo is better than Prada? Wake up. They're all made by one company, Italian manufacturer –one of the biggest consumer companies that consumers have never heard of. Luxottica also makes sunglasses branded Burberry, Chanel, Polo Ralph Lauren, Paul Smith, Stella McCartney, Tiffany, Versace, Vogue, Persol, Miu Miu, Tory Burch and Donna Karan.

"We manufacture about 70% of those brands in our factories in Italy, and the balance in America and China," says Luxottica spokesman Luca Biondolillo. "We do the design, the manufacturing, and the marketing," he adds. The company makes most of those brands under license, working closely with designers at the relevant fashion houses. But it owns several brands itself, including Ray-Ban, Oakley, Oliver Peoples and REVO.

YEROC however is manufactured in its own private factory in Paris. This is why our glasses look and feel different.

2. In many cases, the same company is also selling you the glasses.Luxottica also owns LensCrafters, Pearle Vision and Sunglass Hut. This is extreme vertical integration. The eye doctor telling you that you need a new pair of glasses, the sales people helping you choose them and the people who design and make the glasses all work for the same company.

YEROC is the choice for you :

How to Quickly Build a $1,000 Emergency Fund

Starting an emergency fund is one of the most recommended tips given by financial advisers and personal finance bloggers. It's easy to see the benefit of having such a stash of cash set aside - after all, you never know what might happen. Appliances break down, cars need repairs, and unexpected medical emergencies could occur. My wife and I have had our fund in place for the last 4 years and it has given us a great amount of peace!
Do you know how insignificant things become if you have $1,000, $2,000, or $5,000 sitting in the bank?
While the amount held in rainy day funds can vary widely between individuals, a common recommendation is $1000. That's enough to replace a broken dishwasher, pay for minor dental work or get your car checked out. It even might be enough for a month of rent or a few bills. But how do you get that first $1000?
Here are some ideas for quickly building up an emergency fund:
  • Take on a side gig: If you don't have enough money to build an emergency fund, why not make more money? It doesn't have to be a permanent second job and it need not be glamorous or terribly exciting either. Some ideas include working a temporary or seasonal retail job, doing mystery shops, or picking up odd jobs such as babysitting or yard work. Just remember to put all that money into your emergency fund and not into your pocket!

  • Use a windfall: Perhaps you expect to receive a tax return this year or an annual bonus from your workplace. This is a great opportunity to build your emergency fund. Using money from a windfall means you can instantly have money stashed away, with no extra effort or budgeting.

  • Sell your stuff: Unless you've always been a minimalist, most people have stuff lying around the house that they rarely, if ever, use. Why not make a bit of money, clear out some clutter and beef up your emergency fund in one fell swoop? Take a look inside your garage and closets and try to identify items that could be sold on eBay, Craigslist or garage sales. Then, take that money and add it to your emergency fund.

  • Budget for it: When all else fails, you can stash away a little bit of money every month into a savings account. Even $50 a month would get you $600 after one year. It'll take you longer and you'll probably hit some bumps along the way, but eventually, you'll have a healthy emergency fund saved up.

5 Ways To Say No Without Feeling Guilty

YOU ARE ALLOWED TO SAY NO... but you may need some help getting started if this is difficult for you. It all boils down to the concept of self-worth and believing that your time is of value to YOU. When you are constantly saying yes to everyone else and putting yourself at the bottom of your own priority list, you will be the loser in your own life.
Here are some tips to get started.

TIP 1

Rather than thinking about saying NO to others... re-frame it to think about saying YES to yourself. This simple switch will reduce the guilt trip. The moment you take yourself more seriously and value your own priorities and goals to achieve each day, others will start taking you more seriously as well. You teach others how to treat you, so if you want a different result to always feeling like the doormat-take different action

TIP 2

SIMPLY - get over yourself! Harsh but true. Stop thinking that you need to be all things to all people. Whilst this seems wonderfully generous, you will come off second best and land up having nothing to offer. This will lead directly to the idea that you do not value yourself in the equation, and every time you say yes to others when you really ought to be saying no, you will land up feeling resentful, angry, used and taken advantage of. So give up this need to feel bad about yourself and to make you feel needed and important through being everything to everyone and nothing to yourself.

TIP 3

Use a buffer line as a standard response from now on when still learning the art of saying no. Try this out for practice... when someone asks you to do something, you can say; "I would love to help you out but I need to check my diary and I will get back to you tomorrow". That way you do not say YES as your standard answer, and create a pause for you to assess if you want to do it or not. Be aware you normally say YES out of habit.

TIP 4

Never say an outright NO as this can feel horribly foreign to you and rude to the other person. So always start your answer with "I would love to but am unable to right now". And remember that you do not ever need to give reasons or excuses as to why you cannot do something for someone else... give up the need to justify your life.

TIP 5

Have patience with yourself. Just because you want to say no doesn't make it easy!. Remember you are learning a new skill that's foreign to you. It can help to acknowledge the following - "even though it is really difficult for me to say no without feeling guilty, I am going to value myself enough to say no anyway" This can help you remember you are chartering new territory and the moment you do NOT expect it to be easy every time, it will help you keep moving forward. In no time at all it will become second nature for you to discern when to say yes and when to say no from your inner guidance as opposed to guilt and habit.

So go out and practice, practice, practice, and let me know how you do with this new skill!!

How to Improve Your Relationship with Money

So much has been written about budgeting. Too much advice and tips have come to our attention. But the thing is, are you really following it? Have you put your heart and soul in your budget plans? Here are some helpful tips to make your relationship with money easy.
Know the exact amount of your earnings. If you know exactly how much you are earning, you will have an idea on how much money you just have to spend. Find out how much you need for your day to day expenses including loan payments
Write everything.. Food, rent/mortgage, car repair, loan payments, gas allowance, electric and water bills, etc. This way you will find out which is higher in value. Live the belief that there will always be enough of everything. Subconscious makes big decisions. You want to start training your mind.
Create a budget. Is your income enough to cover all your expenses? If not, cut out on expenses that you can. Living within your means is the key to financial success. Create a budget that will suit your income. Don't forget to include savings in your budget. It could be as little as $20 every payday. Don't make the usual mistake of other people in budgeting; what others do is like this:
Income - expenses = savings
Don't you think it would be better if you do it this way?
Income - savings = expenses
Include yourself in your budget. Once in a while you will need to relax and have some fun. Bring the whole family to a vacation or treat yourself to a home service SPA. There is nothing wrong with this as long as you stay within your budget.
Work the budget and be aware where your money goes. When people think of budget, what they see are pain and restrictions. Just like a diet. Do you realize what happens with most diet plans? They don't seem to work for a long period of time! If you implement a budget that is too restrictive on your spending, I am almost 90% certain that it will not work. However, if you need to put a restriction in some areas, it will take some time of adjustment to this.
Remember your goals so you will have the courage to stick to your budget. Think instead of the satisfaction you get when you reach those objectives. When a spur of the moment purchase attacks, get more pleasure in knowing that you are reaching your budget goals.
Money Circulates Freely. Believe that money is circulating freely in our lives if only we know how to manage it properly. What I am trying to point out here is that, do you really know what you want in your life? Are you willing to create that kind of life for you?
Gone are the days of believing that only the rich have special powers. What we must learn is what drives the rich to success. I believe that to be successful, someone has to be energetic, willing and focused. It is not about the right timing, right place, or mere plain luck. It's all about attitude and mindset that we have concerning our financial lives.
Believe that you can be financially successful. This is the most important thing. Set aside the myths and wrong beliefs that money is just made for other people to enjoy. Forget about the breakdowns of yesterday, start living TODAY. Move forward one step at a time and financial success will be yours.
The truth is; all of us possess what it takes to be financially successful. Oprah and Bill Gates are already there and yet they still don't have all the money. Both of them are very successful at being themselves. Therefore, if we are all good at being ourselves, we also have the potential to be financially stable.
Remember, you have what it takes to make things happen. Develop that relationship with money. You are the one with wisdom so it's you who will control money, never let money control you.
Go forth and be abundant!
What you can do to make and keep wealth is dependent upon your connection with money. Similar to anything else, money is a kind of energy which can be drawn to the power that's like on its own. Your relationship along with anything establishes the amount of that thing you might be bringing in or rejecting.

Relax! Everything Happens in Your Life For a Reason

Do you know that what each of us desires and needs is to be acknowledged, accepted, and validated for exactly who, what, and where we are in our lives at any given moment?
To emphasize this, try reading this out loud:
"I am amazing, beautiful, and wholly perfect exactly the way I am and exactly where I am right now. Everything in my life is happening for a reason and is working out perfectly. I am on my own perfect, unique path of evolution and experience. All the good and all the bad, all the wins and all the losses, all the ups and all the downs. It's all part of me and my perfect life - EXACTLY the way I am and it is."
Doesn't that feel good? Now, imagine saying this to someone else. People are starving for acknowledgement and acceptance, including ourselves. I accept and fully acknowledge you for being your amazing, beautiful self, EXACTLY as you are, and I encourage you to do the same, for yourself AND others.
In this article, we explore how it's true that our lives are perfectly unfolding, and how embracing this fact is one of the most powerful things we can do for experiencing our mojo. We will also look at one of the most common beliefs that keeps us from doing this.
Here's a great place to start: embrace exactly where you are as perfect for you at this moment of your life. You can enact a feeling of appreciation, gratitude, and even love, for who, what, and where you are in life. You do this because it is the most powerful way to relate to any moment you experience. Why is this? Because doing anything else is resisting the moment. By definition if you are not embracing or allowing, you are resisting, and this removes you from the present moment. It keeps you in a nonexistent fantasy world where the "problem" doesn't exist and therefore this perpetuates whatever it is you are resisting.
Think of the game we call "Tug-Of-War." For that game to work it requires both sides resisting the energy of the other. As soon as one side stops resisting - boom! - game over - there is no game. This is exactly what happens in your life. You stop playing the game (resisting) and the game is over. While resisting you have no choice, you have to exert a large amount of effort to try to overcome your opponent. When you stop resisting you create options. In the game of tug-of-war if you let go, your opponent will fall on their bum, and at that moment you could walk away, you could walk over and offer a helping hand up, or any number of actions. You are free from the struggle, effort-full, and time-wasting game of resistance.
There is another powerful reason to begin embracing exactly where you are as perfect for you in your life at this time: it is a very high realization, and affirmation, of the divine perfection of the Universe. When you resist where you are in your life, you are basically saying "there is something wrong with reality, it should be different than it is. I know how it should be and this is not it." Talk about passing negative judgment on reality! Again, this is resistance to reality and will only cause struggle.
Very often people believe embracing the moment, their experience, or their life exactly as it IS, means they must capitulate, give up, and not care anymore. This would then mean the likely perpetuation of the undesirable situation or experience. If this is true for you, notice you believe that resistance and negative judgment of something is necessary before you can change it. Consider it a new way: change can happen from acceptance and non-resistance. Just because you accept and embrace something, does not mean you want it and have to perpetuate it. These are two totally different things. Come to realize that you can totally accept and embrace something, AND work to change it. Come to realize the most powerful change is sourced from acceptance, not resistance.
There is never anything wrong, no matter how it may look, there is always opportunity in every challenge, and in hindsight, everything is always working out.
Hasn't everything happened in your life for a reason? Hasn't it all turned out and made you who you are at this point in time? And if it looks like it hasn't "all turned out" I can practically guarantee it will over time. So if it's true that everything is always turning out - no matter how it may look - then it's fair to say that your life is turning out right now, and is in each and every moment. In fact, it never is not turning out. So relax, trust this fact, and allow your life to just turn out!
Try this:
"the supreme law of our divine nature determines perfectly our relations with each being and with the totality of the universe, it also reveals the exact rhythm of the direct expression of the Divine in us."
~ Sri Aurobindo
Get out a blank sheet of paper and write down everything you are grateful for in your life. Do this until you can't think of anything else. I bet you'll be surprised at just how much great stuff there is in your life and just how much you take that for granted every day. Notice how you feel after doing this exercise.

6 Simple Tips for Becoming a More Economical Driver

With the price of petrol continuing to rise faster than inflation rates and the world's economy still teetering on the brink of financial ruin, many people are prioritizing food and shelter over filling their car up with gas. However, following a simple set of rules can help make your car more efficient and ultimately, save you money. This article looks at six simple tips that you can follow for becoming a more economical driver.
1. Don't Feel the Need to Speed
It may sound obvious to some, but it takes more energy to start and get a car up and running, than it does to keep it cruising at a constant speed. Your car will therefore always be at its most economical when you're not slamming on the brakes or putting your foot down on the accelerator pedal.
Driving faster uses more petrol. Speeding the car up requires more juice for the engine, which means more is burnt up. Keeping your car at a constant 30 miles per hour on city roads and at 70 on motorways and highways will result in a better fuel consumption. This can easily be achieved by leaving your car in the highest gear and cruising, rather than constantly changing up and down gears.
Another way to save fuel, is when driving up to traffic lights on red, slow down and cruise towards them in the hope that they'll turn green by the time you get there. This will negate the need to stop and start your car up again, enabling you to save energy and petrol.

2. Lighten the Load
A heavier car will consume more fuel, as the engine requires more power and energy to get up to speed. Therefore, remove unwanted baggage and cargo from your boot and passenger seats and drive with as little on board as possible. The lighter the load, the more economical the drive.

3. Improve your Aerodynamics

There are a number of small tips and tricks you can follow in order to make your ride more efficient, saving you those all important liters of petrol.
One of the easiest is to make your car more aerodynamic. This can be achieved by losing the roof rack or your bicycle rack from the car and keeping your windows closed while you drive. An open window makes your car less aerodynamic and increases its drag. As you drive, air gets pushed in through the open windows and pushes against the car, causing resistance drag. Therefore your engine has to work harder to increase the car's speed.
Unfortunately, if it's a hot summer's day, switching on your car's air conditioning (AC) system won't improve your fuel efficiency either. This is because a car's AC is powered by its engine, which will subsequently need to work a little harder to keep it going at the same speed.

4. Be Kind to your Engine

Your car's engine needs looking after just like your teeth or your family pet, so taking it in for regular servicing will improve its efficiency. Having the oil changed as well as getting new filters will improve the engine's performance, thus making each liter of petrol work that little bit more efficiently.

5. Keep your tires inflated

Making sure your tires are pumped to their regulation pressure is a simple and cost-effective way to save fuel. A fully inflated tire will reduce its contact area on the road and therefore decrease friction.
6. Carpool!

It's perhaps the most obvious tip here, but sharing a ride to work or to the shops is the best way of cutting your fuel budget. A number of carpooling websites have opened to make the process of sharing lifts and the cost of motoring that little bit easier Special info here
